Per Thore is our Norwegian dog sled guide. After spending 7 years with the Norwegian special forces in conflict zones around the world he has since devoted himself to dog sled guiding. Over the last few years Per Thore has taken part in some of the most demanding dog sled races in the Arctic, including the Finmark race covering 1000km. In 2003 he won the Fjellreven Polar Race from Norway to Sweden. He has led more than 50 dog sled expeditions in this region and is well known and loved by the local Sami population.

Mark Lindsay

A keen “outdoor type” Mark has led over 20 expeditions in various locations around the world including Nepal, Borneo, Kenya and the Arctic.

Trained as a teacher of outdoor education Mark has since gained a good deal of experience as a development trainer with many corporate teams. Mark’s passion for learning about leadership has taken him from the expedition environment to the corporate world and back again. 8 years ago Mark set up Inspire Creative Business Solutions, a dynamic training company which helps organisations to discover their potential through the power of their people.
